Cancellation Policy

• If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it and get a refund.Please inform us quickly using the contact form in case of cancellation.
• If you have decided to cancel after your order has been shipped, take a look at our return policy.

Refund Policy

• If you are not satisfied with your order, please give us a chance to correct the situation by contacting us before returning it.
• You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
• The products you will return must be in their original packaging with all accessories and must be unused.
• To request a return, please fill out the return form.
• We will send you shipping instructions with your return confirmation. Please do not take any action without receiving the confirmation email.
• Return shipping fee is paid by the customer.
• Special production or made-to-order products cannot be returned. In this regard, the manufacturer’s decisions will be taken as basis.
• We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% for unopened packages and up to 30% for opened packages.
